Terms for using Austin Creatives
These Terms govern your access to Austin Creatives, including applications, memberships, AI-assisted coordination, invitations, payments, and dinner-related experiences.
1. Acceptance
By accessing Austin Creatives, applying for membership, attending a dinner, using a member tool, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our related policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Austin Creatives. Some dinners or venues may require attendees to be 21 or older. You are responsible for complying with venue rules and applicable law.
3. Service description
Austin Creatives is a curated dinner and membership platform that may use software, automation, and AI-assisted tools to organize profiles, suggest matches, coordinate invitations, manage reminders, and improve the quality of member experiences.
Austin Creatives is not a restaurant, transportation company, dating service, staffing firm, security provider, legal advisor, or mental health provider.
4. No guarantee of outcomes
- Membership does not guarantee a specific number of invites or dinners.
- Dinner attendance does not guarantee chemistry, friendship, client work, hiring, collaboration, or business results.
- AI-assisted coordination is a tool, not a promise of compatibility or success.
5. Membership and invitations
Austin Creatives may accept, waitlist, decline, pause, revoke, or limit membership or invitations at its discretion in order to protect community quality, safety, logistics, and table fit. Invitation timing, event access, and table composition may change over time.
6. Billing, renewals, cancellation, and refunds
- Paid memberships may renew automatically until canceled.
- You authorize recurring billing using your selected payment method.
- You are responsible for keeping billing details current.
- Canceling stops future recurring charges but does not reverse past charges unless required by law.
- Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Austin Creatives may offer a courtesy refund, pause, or credit at its discretion.
7. Event participation and no-shows
If you RSVP yes, you are taking a seat that could have gone to someone else. Repeated no-shows, late cancellations, or unreliable participation may lead to reduced invitations, suspension, or removal from the platform.
8. Member content and submissions
You keep ownership of the content you submit, but you grant Austin Creatives a non-exclusive license to host, use, reproduce, and display it as needed to operate the service, improve matching, send communications, or support community operations. This includes profile text, voice intros, surveys, photos, and follow-up requests.
9. Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, intimidation, stalking, discrimination, or predatory behavior
- Spam, scraping, phishing, or mass solicitation
- Impersonation or submission of false or misleading information
- Misuse of member information or contact details
- Behavior that creates safety issues or degrades the quality of the community
10. Safety and personal responsibility
Austin Creatives works to create thoughtful, high-quality events, but attendance is voluntary and you are responsible for your own decisions, transportation, spending, health needs, and conduct. We cannot guarantee the behavior of other attendees, venues, or third parties.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Austin Creatives, cancel invitations, restrict billing access, or remove members from the community at any time if we believe it is necessary to protect the service, other members, or Austin Creatives operations.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Austin Creatives is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, perfect availability, specific event quality, or any social or professional result.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Austin Creatives and its owners, operators, affiliates, contractors, venues, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Austin Creatives' total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Austin Creatives in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Austin Creatives and its operators, affiliates, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your conduct toward other members, venues, or third parties.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
16. Changes and contact
