Austin Creatives uses profile information, dinner activity, and AI-assisted coordination to help create better tables, run events, and improve the member experience. This page explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

This Privacy Policy applies to Austin Creatives websites, applications, member tools, dinner coordination pages, waitlists, event forms, and related communications that link to or reference this policy. By using Austin Creatives, applying to join, attending an event, or purchasing a membership, you agree to the practices described here.

4. Event and membership data

6. AI-assisted coordination

Austin Creatives may use automation and AI tools to help organize profiles, suggest tables, score logistics reliability, draft communications, and improve the quality of matches. These systems are used to support the human experience, not replace it.

We may use survey responses, RSVP behavior, attendance history, intro requests, dinner ratings, and profile information to improve future matching and invitation quality.

7. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Square. Austin Creatives may receive limited billing information like subscription status, card brand, expiration label, and last four digits, but we do not store full payment card numbers.

8. Sharing and disclosure

We may share information with vendors and service providers who help us operate Austin Creatives, with payment processors, with venues or partners when needed to run an event, with legal authorities when required, or with professional advisors and in connection with a business transfer. We may also share information when necessary to investigate abuse, fraud, harassment, safety concerns, or policy violations.

We do not currently sell personal information to data brokers or third-party advertisers.

9. Photos and media

If you upload event photos, submit media, or participate in a dinner where group photos or recaps are being collected, Austin Creatives may use that media for operations, recap pages, community storytelling, and reasonable promotional use unless we agree otherwise.

10. Retention

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain member records, improve matching, handle disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, and safety obligations.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails, request profile corrections, cancel a membership before the next renewal, or contact us about deleting your account or data, subject to legal and operational limits.
